PURPOSE: An electric heating panel is provided to prevent a separation between layers caused due to a temperature rise and fall, by forming a panel box with a sheet molding compound material. CONSTITUTION: An electric heating panel comprises a panel box(10) formed by pressing a sheet molding compound material; a heating wire(20) arranged at a uniform interval in the panel box such that the heating wire generates heat by electrical energy; a compound layer(30) for coupling the panel box and the heating wire; and a power plug(40) for connecting the heating wire to a power source. The compound layer is formed by mixing a urethane resin, stone powder, and a fire retardant and hardening the mixture.
