PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a revetment block is provided to make the breeding of animals and plants on rivers easy. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for a revetment block comprises the steps of: coupling a panel(7) having a core hole corresponded to a core(3) in a revetment block mold(1) where a core(3) having many long grooves(5) is projected and adhering the panel(7) to the bottom of a revetment block mold(1); placing a solid member(11) such as gravel, cement fragments, broken pieces of waste tires, shells, steel sludge, sewerage sludge, etc. in the core of the revetment block mold(1) coupled with the panel(7); placing liquefied fillers of synthetic resins in an inner space of the revetment block mold(1) between the core(3) and the core(3); and if the fillers are hardened, separating the panel(7) from the revetment block mold(1) to separate a manufactured revetment block(15) from the revetment block frame(1).
