PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher for uniformly and finely grinding a woody material to be crushed up to a powdery form or a state near thereto secondarily effectively utilizable as a biodegradable plastic raw material. SOLUTION: The woody material to be crushed is fed through a guide passage 10 up to the leading end thereof while crushed by the crushing blades 40 provided to the peripheries of two rotary shafts 20 and strongly pressed to the inside surface of the sieve plate 100 provided to the feed-out port 18 of the woody material to be crushed, which is provided to the leading end of the guide passage 10, in an erected state by utilizing the feed force of the crushing blades 40 rotated along with the rotary shafts 20. Then, the woody material to be crushed is strongly pressed into a plurality of through-holes 102 provided to the surfaces of the sieve plate 100 side by side and extruded to the outside of the sieve plate 100 through the plurality of through-holes 102. The woody material to be crushed is uniformly and finely re-ground up to a powdery form or a state near thereto by further finely shearing the fibers thereof by the inner peripheral edges or the like of a plurality of the through-holes 102 arranged to the surface of the sieve plate 100.
