The multiplier divider includes a rectangular pulse generator (1), an integrator (2), a comparator (3), a first switch (4), a demodulator (5), a first invertor (6), a second invertor (7) and a second switch (8). The output of the generator is connected to the control input of the second switch (8). An output contact of the second switch is connected to the input of the integrator. The integrator output is connected to a first input of the comparator. The second input of the comparator is connected to the first input of the multiplier divider. The output of the comparator is connected to the control input of the switch (4). A contact of the switch is connected to the second input of the multiplier divider and to the input of the first invertor (6). The output of the first invertor is connected to a contact of the first switch. The output contact of the first switch is connected to the input of the demodulator. The output of the demodulator is connected to the output of the multiplier divider. The third input of the multiplier divider is connected to an input contact of the second switch (8) and to the input of the second invertor (7). The output of the second invertor is connected to the input contact of the second switch.
