<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary valve capable of reducing the weight, capable of facilitating cleaning, and capable of preventing liquid dripping. <P>SOLUTION: A supply port 11 communicating with a hopper is provided on an upper surface of a casing 10, a delivery port 15 is provided on a lower surface thereof, and an inner cylinder 20 is fitted in a cylindrical space formed therein. An aperture 21 is provided on the inner cylinder 20, the aperture 21 is confronted to the supply port 11, and a food is supplied from the hopper 3. The aperture 21 is confronted to the delivery port and the food is delivered to a cup 5.
