<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent components of a come-along from falling off during a loading work because the components are not separated. <P>SOLUTION: The come-along 1 is constituted of an arm 2 to be connected with a wire W jointed with a steel tower, a clamp 3 for gripping an overhead earth-wire G, and links 4, 5 for connecting the clamp 3 with the arm 2. The clamp 3 has a pair of facing sandwiching pieces 3a, 3b for sandwiching the overhead earth-wire G between them. When the clamp mutually moves in a stringing direction to the arm 2, gripping/releasing is performed by the links 4, 5 corresponding to this. The link 5 is constituted by a pair of right and left link pieces 5a, 5b. One end of the link is supported at the arm 2 by a pivot 8, the middle portion is supported at the sandwiching piece 3a by a retaining shaft 9, and the other end is rotatively supported at the sandwiching piece 3b by the pivot 8, respectively. The retaining shaft 9 is extended to side, and, therefore, the link piece 5b can be disposed on the retaining shaft 9 so as to be distant from the clamp 3. The overhead earth-wire G or the like can be inserted between the sandwiching pieces 3a, 3b of the clamp 3, and stopped by a wing nut 10.
