PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcapsule containing power as a core substance without substantially containing a solvent in the capsule, and its production method. SOLUTION: After a solution in which hardly water-soluble or water-insoluble power is dissolved or dispersed in a first organic solvent hardly soluble or insoluble in water is micro-capsulated, the microcapsule is immersed in a second organic solvent different from the first organic solvent.
