PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a power supply system which suppresses the occurrence of electromagnetic noise. SOLUTION: This power supply system is equipped with a high-voltage battery B1 and a DC/DC converter 1 for converting the voltage of the high-voltage battery B1 and supplying it to a low-voltage battery B2 or electrical equipment load 5. Herein this is equipped with a current sensor 2 which detects the value of a current to be supplied from the DC/DC converter 1 to the low-voltage battery B2 or the electric equipment load 5, and a controller 4 which lowers the desired value of the output voltage of the DC/DC converter 1 so that the output current value I<SB>out</SB>of the DC/DC converter 1 may return to the former current value before the change occurs in case the detected current value increases at a rate of change larger than a specified value, within a tolerable current value to the low-voltage battery B2 or the electrical equipment load 5, and raises the desired value of the output voltage V<SB>out</SB>of the DC/DC converter 1 so that the output current value I<SB>out</SB>of the DC/DC converter 1 may return to the former current value before the change occur in case the detected current value decreases at a rate of change larger than the specified value.
