PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring quickly and highly sensitively vascular permeability of an animal (excluding human), especially a rodent, and a measuring method of the vascular permeability of the animal (excluding human), especially the rodent, requiring a small quantity of use of an organic solvent, and not using a material having restriction on its custody/use. SOLUTION: In this method, serum albumin labeled by a fluorescent pigment is used as an index of extravascular permeation of a plasma component, and warming dipping of the skin of a collected measuring part is performed by formamide, and the vascular permeability of the animal (excluding human) is measured quickly and highly sensitively by direct measurement using a fluorescent plate reader.
