PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize light weight while maintaining strength of a component in the hollow structure component for a bicycle capable of letting a wire material into the inside. SOLUTION: A handle bar 15 is a component capable of letting the wire material including at least any one of electric wiring, operation cable and hydraulic piping in the inside and is provided with a bar body part 15a and a partition wall part 15b. The bar body part 15a is formed with a space at the inside and has a long cylindrical shape in an X3 direction. The partition wall part 15b is formed along the X3 direction so as to partition at least a part of the space of the bar body part 15a to a plurality of divided spaces.
