PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and unbulky towel handkerchief which is excellent in water absorbing properties and moisture desorbing properties, and with which sebum can also be wiped off. SOLUTION: In this towel handkerchief, a woven fabric is composed of a pile yarn, a ground warp and a ground weft, the pile yarn is constituted by twisting a synthetic fiber and a natural fiber together, particularly, the synthetic fiber constituting the pile yarn is composed of an ultrafine polyester fiber, the natural fiber is composed of a cotton yarn, and the ground warp and the ground weft are composed of regenerated cellulose.
