<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method applicable to a high endurance digital high-speed electrophotographic process with laser light as a writing light source, excellent in wear resistance, nearly free of deterioration of a photoreceptor such as filming, and capable of giving a stable excellent image in a high-definition electrophotographic process, and to provide an image forming apparatus and a process cartridge for the image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming method in which a photoreceptor is subjected to at least charging, imagewise exposure, development, transfer, fixation and cleaning, the photoreceptor has a protective layer containing inorganic fine particles comprising alumina or titanium oxide, and a toner for development is obtained by sticking two or more kinds of inorganic fine particles different from each other in average particle diameter to a surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
