摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of preventing a stack from being scattered by slipping in the vicinity of the end part of a cell laminate, when impact of an acceleration is applied in the direction perpendicular to a cell laminating direction. <P>SOLUTION: (1) This fuel cell 10 has a plurality of multi-cell modules 40 disposed in series, and an outside member 24, and each multi-cell module 40 has a multi-cell aggregate 41 formed by laminating a plurality of cells, and a module frame 42 provided with a first wall 43 surrounding the multi-cell aggregate 41. (2) The module frame 42 has a second wall 44 extending perpendicularly to the cell laminating direction. (3) A coolant passage is formed in the second wall 44. (4) At least a part of the surface of the second wall 44 in contact with the cell is formed so that it can be displaced in the cell laminating direction. (5) The portion of the second wall 44 which can be displaced in the cell laminating direction is displaced by a coolant pressure.
