PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working machine capable of suitably radiating heat generated from a clutch mechanism in the working machine mounting a vertical engine thereon. SOLUTION: A snow remover 10 is so constituted that the vertical engine is placed upward of a conduction case 11, an electromagnetic clutch 52 is placed downward of the engine 14 and in the conduction case 11 and that an output of a crank shaft 41 is transferred to a snow removing device 15 or a traveling device 13 through the electromagnetic clutch 52. The snow remover 10 erects four mounting bosses 35 on the upper part of the conduction case 11 and on a position surrounding the electromagnetic clutch 52, and a space 67 between the engine 14 and the conduction case 11 is formed by mounting the engine 14 on the mounting bosses 35.
