A method for accessing a web page and a method for executing the same are provided to access the web page by using a general word or inputting the vernacular in an URL window. A user terminal(10-14) receives characters from a user, and transmits information corresponding to the inputted characters to an address helper server(30). The user terminal executes an agent program provided from the address helper server. The address helper server recognizes the user by communicating with the user terminal, reads a domain address corresponding to the inputted character by the user from user information, and transmits the read domain address to a DNS server(50). The DNS server receives the domain address, and transmits an IP address corresponding to the domain address to the user terminal. The user terminal receives the IP address, and access a web page corresponding to the IP address. |
