<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide gas cryogenic separating method and a device thereof for efficiently separating the carbon dioxide gas from the raw material gas containing the carbon dioxide gas at a relatively low concentration by using LNG COLD and possible to be continuously operated for a long time with high safety without using a mechanical driving device. <P>SOLUTION: Carbon dioxide gas is separated by performing a dry-icing process for receiving the raw material gas with separators 11, 12 and 13 to process the contained carbon dioxide gas for solidifying with LNG COLD at a low temperature, a gas replacing process for stopping supply of the raw material gas and for replacing the raw material gas inside of the separators with the high purity carbon dioxide gas, and a sublimation process for raising temperature inside of the separators to sublimate the solid carbon dioxide gas to obtain the high purity carbon dioxide gas and for discharging this high purity carbon dioxide gas in order. The separators during the dry-icing process is switched in order to continuously supply the raw material gas, and the high purity carbon dioxide gas to be generated by the separators during the sublimation process is switched in order to be continuously fed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
