Procedure for obtaining concrete beams imitation wood, comprises: preparation of concrete with a color imitate wood and with a minimum strength of 300 kg/cm2; preparation of a mold configuration corrugated and coated inside with a rubber relief to imitate wood; pouring of concrete on the mold; filling the mold with concrete; removing the mold with the concrete in interior on the vibration table; drying; removing the concrete beam; sanding and cleaning the entire surface of the beam, and hand application by roller of acrylic resin on all sides of the beam. Procedure for obtaining concrete beams imitation wood, comprises: preparation of concrete with a color imitate wood and with a minimum strength of 300 kg/cm2; preparation of a mold configuration corrugated and coated inside with a rubber relief to imitate wood; closed end mold by special parts according to the decorative form that intended to give the beam ends; mold arrangement on a vibrating table; pouring of concrete on the mold until have a third of it; provision of armor on concrete poured into the mold; filling the mold with concrete, covering the whole armor, vibrate the concrete by vibro-conventional, which is passed all along the surface top of the concrete contained in the mold; removing the mold with the concrete in interior on the vibration table; drying for a period of 24 hours; removing the concrete beam regarding mold, after it opens, storage of the beam during a period of a few days for final drying; sanding and cleaning the entire surface of the beam, and hand application by roller of acrylic resin on all sides of the beam.
