PURPOSE: A moisture stripping agent of a concrete layer is provided, which can absorb or discharge moisture or water vapor, thereby preventing a waterproof layer from being partially delaminated and swelled. And a structure of the waterproof layer is also provided, which is partially filled with the moisture stripping agent. CONSTITUTION: The moisture stripping agent comprises 34-45wt% of a base synthetic resin dried by reacting with the moisture of the air, 65-55wt% of a nano filler swelled by the contact with water, and 1-5wt% of an adhesion-improving agent, wherein the nano filler comprises 93.7-97.5wt% of acrylic acid, 6-2wt% of a crosslinking agent, and 1-0.5wt% of an initiator. The concrete layer(1) has groove-shaped vents(2) at a fixed interval on its surface, wherein the vents(2) are filled with the moisture stripping agent(3). And the waterproof layer(4) is formed on the concrete layer(1) and the moisture stripping agent(3) more highly than height of the vents(2).
