PURPOSE: A configuration method and a device of a protocol layer for supplying an MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service) are provided to configure a radio bearer for an MBMS by using one PDCP(Packet Data Control Protocol) object and a header compressor, thereby reducing a processing load of an RNC. CONSTITUTION: A shared RLC object(1120) buffers data transmitted from an upper layer object(1110), reconfigures the data at the request of MAC objects(1125-1,1125-2,1125-n), and configures RLC PDUs by attaching an RLC header to the reconfigured data. The data transmission is carried out one to one between the RLC object(1120) and each of the MAC objects(1125-1,1125-2,1125-n). If the RLC object(1120) is informed a desired amount of the data from one of the MAC objects(1125-1,1125-2,1125-n) located in a specific cell, the RLC object(1120) transmits the desired amount of the data to the corresponding one of the MAC objects(1125-1,1125-2,1125-n).
