PURPOSE: Provided is a chair for waist exercise which moves automatically left and right in a certain radius, providing a chance for exercise while seated. When applied to other exercise machines for waist and pelvis, efficiency of exercising is enhanced. CONSTITUTION: The chair comprises: a fixed and installed plate(100) on an upper end of chair support; a revolving seat plate(200) on the top of the fixed plate(100); a revolving motor camshaft(111) on the fixed plate(100) operated by a motor(110) and an eccentric catching equipment protruding from the camshaft and operated by eccentric revolving unit; and a catching groove(211) at the bottom of the revolving seat plate(200) so that the revolving seat plate(200) on the fixed plate(100) cross revolves left and right.
