<p>The electric current sensor is an integrated coil (2, 2', 2''), which encloses the area (3) for analogue signal processing as well as the area (4) for digital signal processing. On a silicon chip (1) two integrated coils (2', 2'') can be implemented, which are located a certain distance apart, while each of the integrated coils (2', 2'') encloses its area (3) or (3') for its analogue signal processing, whereas area (4) for digital signal processing is located between both integrated coils (2', 2''). The suggested current sensor does not require any supply current, while even the temperature sensitivity of its signal is reduced.</p> |
