The invention relates to a holder for cigarettes (1) for offering and selling cigarette packs (18). The support comprises a number of shafts (5) for displaceably receiving cigarette packs (18) that are continuously forced in said shafts (5) by means of pushing devices (8) in the direction of a withdrawal area (3). Means (10, 14) initiate the issue of signals when at least one shaft (5) is empty or when at least one shaft (5) is stocked with only a few cigarette packs (18), said means (10) being stationarily disposed on the holder for cigarettes (1). According to the invention, the means (14) are disposed on the pushing devices (8) and are adapted to interact with said means (10). |
