FIELD: medicine, psychotherapy. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should generate light and sound signals, synchronize them and apply them to affect both visual and auditory analyzers, then patient should be isolated from environmental impacts and with light and sound signals it is necessary to imitate patient's movements and feelings due to reproducing dynamic stereoscopic pictures modeling any preset moving environment around the patient and stereo-sounds. As the source of light and sound signals and, also, for isolating against external impacts one should apply a computer and a helmet or spectacles of virtual reality with mini-displays to be put on patient's head.
