FIELD: railway transport; wheelsets. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed wheelset consists of axle and two wheels. Wheel roll surface is made cylindrical, with width multiple of 1.5 to 4 widths of rail head roll surface. Sliding bearing bushing in wheel hub plays part of antifriction bearing cage. Locking of wheel nub and wheel bearing is provided by rotating ring radially press-fitted in ring groove of wheelset axle. Delivery of lubricant is checked visually through cover of lubricant reservoir. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of wheelset. ^ 1 dwg
