FIELD: canned food industry, in particular, production of gerodietary food. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing dried fermentolysate of fish farce, cabbage, tomato, bean flour, onion, carrot, groats of sorghum, edible salt, CO2-extracts of dill and celery, and rape oil; packing mixture. Method allows concentrate to be produced, which may be used as first dinner course. ^ EFFECT: increased content of polysaturated fatty acids and vitamins and improved quality of gerodietary food. |
