<p>Fluorinated cycloalkyl-derivatised benzoylguanidines of formula (I) are suitable for use as anti-arrhythmic medicaments comprising cardioprotective components for the prophylaxis and treatment of infarcts and also for the treatment of angina pectoris. They also preventatively inhibit the pathophysiological processes during the occurrence of ischaemically induced damage, in particular during the triggering of ischaemically induced cardiac arrhythmia and cardiac failure.</p> |
