PURPOSE: An inorganic powder-containing paste, a method for producing the same, and a method for manufacturing members for a plasma display panel are provided to obtain, in a short processing time, a paste with reduced content of foreign substance and improved dispersability. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing an inorganic powder-containing paste is characterized in that the paste is dispersed by using a distributor having a roller mounted in a cylindrical container. The distributor has a paste feed port(12) formed at an end of the cylindrical container and a paste discharge port(11) formed at the other end of the cylindrical container. The paste feed port is fed with the paste by using a metering pump(13).
