FUNCTIONAL FAR-INFRARED RAYS PAINT WHICH COMPRISES FAR-INFRARED RAYS EMITTING POWDER CONTAINING LOESS AND ANTIBACTERIAL CERAMICS POWDER, AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a functional far-infrared paint having superior antibacterial, deodorizing and dehumidifying effects as well as having anion generating and far-infrared rays-emitting effects. CONSTITUTION: The functional far-infrared rays paint is prepared by the method comprising the processes of: mixing 50-90 wt% of far-infrared rays emitting powder containing loess, tourmaline, bentonite and pottery stone with 10-50 wt% of an antibacterial ceramics powder to obtain 20-75 wt% of composite ceramics powders; drying the composite ceramics powders with hot air to maintain the inside moisture content within 0.03%; admixing the dried composite ceramics powder to 30-80 wt% of raw material for paint containing aqueous acrylic emulsion or urethane or epoxy resin; admixing 5-10 wt% of a dispersant and 0.1-8 wt% of thickener to the mixed raw material for paint, followed by stirring sufficiently.
