PURPOSE: Provided is an improved structure of a packing box for electronic appliances, to more easily and conveniently pack/unpack a number of parts composing an electronic appliance. CONSTITUTION: The packing box for parts of an electronic appliance includes a body(100), a cover(200), and a cushion(300). The body(100) includes a main body(110), and two sub-bodies(120,130) rotatably connected to both sides of the main body(110) to be able to selectively cover the upper portion of the main body(110), in which each body stores parts of the appliance, and contains a protection cushion for protecting the appliance from external shocks. The cover(200) includes a main cover(210) for covering the upper portion of the main body(110) and sub-covers(220,230) for covering the upper portions of the sub-bodies(120,130), respectively.
