PURPOSE: A method of treating a seed of a radish by use of a fruit, a seed of radish, a method of growing a radish using the same seed and a radish is provided to produce radish having high sugar content. CONSTITUTION: The method of treating a seed of a radish includes five steps. First step is to form a storing chamber of a seed of a radish by digging up a part of the inside of a fruit. The second step is to cover the opening of the storing chamber of a seed of a radish after putting a seed of a radish in the storing chamber. The third step is to bury the fruit, whose opening is covered, in the ground for a predetermined period of time. The fourth step is to take the fruit out of the ground. The fifth step is to separate the seed of a radish from the fruit.
