PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for real-time monitoring formation of fused ore adhered to the ceiling and the furnace body of a sintering ignition furnace and removing the fused ore when a large amount of fused ore is stuck to the furnace wall so as to improve product quality and prevent collapse of refractories inside the ignition furnace. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for monitoring and removing fused ore in sintering ignition furnace(6) comprises a radiation control part comprising a frame(208) at one side of which an air supply pipe(207) is installed, and which is fixed to the furnace wall of the ignition furnace, and a fixed pipe(108) which is installed with being spaced from the air supply pipe in a certain distance, and one end part of which is connected to a monitor through a controller; a fused ore monitoring part comprising an illumination means comprising an infrared light source(102), a light reflection plate for guiding direction of light of the infrared light source, and a lighting(202) installed under the light reflection plate, an observation means for observing the flow state of raw coal in the ignition furnace that is irradiated by the illumination means, and a contamination preventing means comprising a partition plate(107) and a nozzle(106) installed on the partition plate to prevent contamination of the illumination means and the observation means; and a fused ore control part for removing the fused ore through a brush as a rotary shaft and a connection shaft are being rotated according to operation of a driving motor(402) when the fused ore is produced and adhered to the furnace body of the ignition furnace.
