FIELD: transport engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to members aimed at increasing rigidity of body, and it can be used for car dashboard. Proposed reinforcement member has beam made in form of at least one crossmember, and fastening members made in form of clamps and at least one post. Clamps are connected with crossmember by permanent or detachable joint and are provided with holes for fastening on car body. Post is made with support and curved upper part. Holes are made on support of post and in its upper part to mount post on car body. ^ EFFECT: increased rigidity of car body dashboard, reduced displacement of steering gear case, improved steerability of car. ^ 4 dwg |
