FIELD: medicine, plastic surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with surgical focal sanitation to cover the focus with local tissues. One should isolate soleus muscle with its own fascia upon proximal nutritive pedicle, then along the whole perimeter the muscle should be set free from the leaf of its own fascia, then one should cross tedious tensions of Achilles' tendon from the whole surface and inside muscular belly followed by acute traction of muscular belly along the axis and tangentially to close osteomyelitic cavity with acutely distracted muscle upon proximal nutritive pedicle that decreases the risk for muscular tissue necrosis. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of plasty. ^ 1 ex
