FIELD: medicine, urology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating nephroptosis due to performing subcapsular cross-sectional fixation of the lower renal third towards XII and XI ribs. Moreover, after suturing the kidney it is necessary to use non absorbable ligatures additionally between the stitches along anterior and posterior renal surfaces to be also fixed to XII and XI ribs. Moreover, one should regulate floatation and rotation of kidney within physiological standard. The suggested technique enables to remove pathological floatation and rotation of kidney and restore adequate renal circulation and urodynamics. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 2 dwg, 1 ex |
