The device has a nozzle in which an outlet ferrule is connected to an inlet ferrule of another nozzle by a collar (3). An emergency disconnection system includes the collar. A pyrotechnic cartridge (6) has a control for ignition to produce gas under pressure. The cartridge is connected with a cylinder (5), such that the cylinder actuates the collar with the disconnection system, when the cartridge is ignited.
