PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP telephone terminal capable of transferring an incoming call from a caller without making a user access an exchange to set the telephone number of a transfer destination etc. SOLUTION: A storage part 26 stores previously set transfer destination information. When a call detecting circuit 20 detects a PSTN incoming call from a telephone set of the caller, a control part 29 makes a call to the IP telephone set as the transfer destination according to the transfer destination information stored in the storage part 26. Then the control part 29 changes switches A22 and A23 to PSTN sides in response to a response from the IP telephone set of the caller to make a transfer connection between the telephone set of the caller and the IP telephone set as the transfer destination.
