<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improved method and device for adjusting training in sport, in particular, running sport. <P>SOLUTION: Light is made to enter a body tissue 18 of a subject 2 by at least one light source 7a, 7b, and light intensity I reflected in the body tissue 18 is measured by at least one optical sensor 8a, 8b.
