A method for manufg. surface coating emulsions was described. papers having properties similar to those of natural fibers (hemp, linnen) which can be used as wall papers were made into paper tapes. The surface of paper tapes were treated with special soln. to give a natural fiber-like beauty. The title emulsion was made by mixing 2-3 emulsions selected among nitrocellulose, P V A, pine and nitrocotton emulsions.
