PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanically assist in understanding a difference in tendency between answers by a selective answering system and a descriptive answering system.

SOLUTION: A text mining function 25 associates a sentence described as an answer to a descriptive answer type question with a plurality of selective answer type questions, and estimates which of the choices of the selective answer type question the content of the sentence is associated with. A questionnaire analysis function 27 creates information showing a difference between the tendency of selective items serving as answers to one of the plurality of selective answer type questions and the tendency of the choice estimated from the sentence associated with the question.
