PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device of a stud welder utilizable in the case ruggedness is present, e.g., on the surface of a base metal as the object for welding. SOLUTION: The outer circumference of a welder body 1 is projectingly provided with a leg holder 2. A leg 4 is freely movably held to the leg holder 2.
