<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording method which is superior in printing to a high gloss medium and uses water-based ink for inkjet recording that contains a pigment. <P>SOLUTION: In the inkjet recording method, recording is carried out to the high gloss medium of a surface glossiness of not smaller than 30 by using the water-based ink for inkjet recording that contains the pigment. When a printing head has a speed (cm/sec) of S and a nozzle diameter (μm) of n, and an initial viscosity increase ratio (%) of the water-based ink is made Δv, printing is carried out under conditions that an α value expressed by general formula (1):α =S×(1/n)×Δv is not larger than 2, and moreover Δv is not larger than 1% in the inkjet recording method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
