<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge filter for removing an ion capable of efficiently removing the ion, saving its installation space and minimizing the elution of the impurity ion. <P>SOLUTION: This cartridge filter is provided with a pleated filtration body on the outer periphery of a cylindrical core. A filtration part of the pleated filtration body is provided with two kinds of filter sheets having different ion exchange capacities.
