A locking system for building door includes a lock latch (12) engaged with a door handle (11)through an engagement mechanism comprising inner (13), intermediate (14)and outer (15) base members coaxially rotatable relative to each other. The inner member (13) is connected with the handle (11). The intermediate member (14) is connected with the latch (12) and provided with a radially movable engagement member (17). In the door locking state, the engagement member (17) enters a notch (18) in the inner member (13) and contacts with an underspringed pusher (19), which is movably located in the outer base member (15) allowing expelling the engagement member (17) from the notch (18) and free rotating the inner member (13). In the door unlocking state, a blocking bar (24, 25) controlled by user prevents the engagement member (17) from expelling out of the notch (18), thereby engaging the inner (13) and intermediate (14) members and providing their joint rotation by handle (11). |
