<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup manufacturing method for adjusting an optical path length between an front end face of a semiconductor laser and an optical disk, and to provide an optical disk system on which the optical pickup manufactured by the optical pickup manufacturing method is installed. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical pickup manufacturing method, when output light of the semiconductor laser increases in noise in the case that return light exists compared with the case that the return light does not exist, an optical element for adjusting an optical path length that varies (n-0.5) times as long as the effective resonator length of the semiconductor laser is inserted in a parallel light flux part into which the output light is collimated from the semiconductor laser. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
