<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce in a charge information processor for performing a charge information processing on the basis of radio communication, direct works accompanied by a function improvement or the maintenance of each function part, such as part replacement, adjustment of position/angle or the like, or internal door opening and closing in each device. <P>SOLUTION: At least a part of an information processing is made a double control system. While the information processing is performed in one control system, the other control system is updated or adjusted, and the one control system is thereafter switched to the other control system to perform the information processing, whereby unique information of the on-vehicle device of a traveling vehicle is received by radio communication, and an information processing for toll is performed on the basis of the received signal. According to this, the direct works accompanied by the function improvement or the maintenance of each functional part, such as part replacement, position/angle adjustment, or internal door opening and closing in each device, are reduced to shorten the maintenance work time, improve the maintenance work efficiency, and reduce the work in an environment where exhaust gas/dust and the like of vehicles intrude into devices, whereby the deterioration of reliability of each device can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
