PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice recognition device using a calculation method of a feature parameter capable of enhancing the recognition rate of each phoneme. SOLUTION: In the voice recognition device 10, a feature extraction part 302 extracts the feature parameter by sliding a plurality of frames corresponding to time windows each of which has a predetermined time length to an inputted voice signal 301 by sequentially increasing time width. A word dictionary data base 304 stores standard pattern data by associating it with phoneme patterns of inputted voice, respectively. A recognition processing part 303 recognizes corresponding phonemes by collating the feature parameter extracted by the feature extraction part 302 with the standard pattern data and outputs a recognition result.
