PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pet memorial service capable of providing an optimum funeral tool as a memorial tool for a pet before death and of providing excellent utility by combining facilities related to the pets organically.

SOLUTION: A user US of a master of the pet orders the funeral tool via a user terminal 30 that the owner owns, while an operating company HQ for operating business related to services for providing the memorial tool takes the order from the user US via the user terminal 30 via a server 10 the operating company HQ owns. In accordance with the order intake via the server 10, the operation company HQ prints information contributing to remembering the pet while alive instantly which includes image data reflecting at least the pet while alive with respect to a funeral urn URP for housing the bones of the pet by using a printer 21 that a specified printing factory PF owns, and delivers a produced printed funeral urn URA either to a pet cemetery CM which holds a funeral for the deceased pet by using the funeral urn URA or to the user US.
