摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a secondary cell without setting up an exclusive cooling system, maintain it at an optimum operating temperature, and to accelerate warming-up by good and positive use of the heat radiation of the secondary cell, at a low-temperature start-up or a warm-up operation. <P>SOLUTION: The secondary cell 2 for storage is arranged in a state of being in contact with a hydrogen tank 4 as a hydrogen supply source for a fuel cell stack 1, and heat exchange is made between these. The secondary cell 2 is cooled by a temperature fall accompanying the adiabatic expansion of the inside of the hydrogen tank 4 at the time of hydrogen supply. Further, by giving priority to power taking-out from the secondary cell 2 at the low-temperature start-up and the warm-up operation, the secondary cell is made to positively radiate heat, by the use of which, a hydrogen temperature in the hydrogen tank 4 is raised to accelerate the warm-up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
