PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain an optical disk in a multi-beam system.

SOLUTION: In the optical disk to be a recording medium wherein recording and reproduction can be performed by simultaneous irradiation of a plurality of laser beams, broad tracks in which a plurality of data tracks formed by the simultaneous irradiation of the plurality of laser beams are disposed are so constituted that the data tracks are disposed not in a perfect concentric shape but in a nearly concentric shape which is deviated by the track width of one data track from the concentric shape. Constitution or treatment for manufacturing the optical disk is performed. Constitution or treatment for reproducing the optical disk is performed.
