PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appeal plate which can demonstrate eye catching effect even in a dark room and has convenience of carrying and storing same as a conventional appeal plate. SOLUTION: An EL sheet is built in this appeal plate and power is supplied from a plate cramping part to make the appeal plate emit light so as to raise eye catching effect. Because the EL sheet is used for a light emitting part to emit light without changing a size, thickness, and bending property from those of a conventional appeal plate, the appeal plate can be handled in carrying and storing same as a conventional appeal plate.
